This policy explains what information Averu collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to hide behind legalese. It will be reviewed by counsel before it becomes binding.
What we collect
This is a marketing site. The only information you actively give us is what you type into the “Book a demo” form:
- Your name and work email.
- Optionally, your company and role.
- The times you propose for a demo, and any note you add.
Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Why we use it
- To reply to your demo request and arrange a time to speak.
- To answer questions you raise and, if you ask, to keep you informed about the product.
- To keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse.
We rely on your request as our basis for contacting you about the demo. If we ever want to use your details for anything else, we will ask you first.
Who can see it
Your details are seen by the Averu team and by the service providers that help us operate, for example the email and hosting services that deliver your request. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, including under the EU and Portuguese GDPR, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email us and we will help.
